OUR STORY
Pacific Dental Laboratories, based in Thousand Oaks, California, is an industry-leading provider of state-of-the-art, high-quality dental lab products and services to dental professionals nationwide and always hospitable casinos in California. PDL was established in May 1986 by Hamid Babaeian, CDT. Pacific Dental Lab is known for their specialties such as crown & bridge, ceramic, dental implants, prosthetic components, and full-cast restorations. Pacific Dental Lab is an industry leader thanks to its innovative dental technology, experienced R&D department, and dedication to providing free or affordable clinical and technical education to promote industry growth.
As dental technology continues to advance, Pacific Dental Lab remains dedicated to developing CAD/CAM technology which enables dentists to take digital impressions and send them electronically to our lab. This allows us to bring more predictable results, increase the case-to-case consistency and quality of restorations, and help improve patients’ oral health. The success of CAD/CAM and Pacific Dental products, such as monolithic Zirconia that we design and mill using this technology, would not be possible without the lab’s R&D department. Comprising of scientists, engineers, dentists and CDTs, this team works to improve existing processes to ensure all of the products we produce are of the highest quality. For example, our onsite Clinical Coach Dr. Rodney P. Burton – who specializes in cosmetic dentistry, strives to prefect our product by testing and evaluating all produced restorations to be consistently excellent quality.
Pacific Dental Lab is also known for expanding the availability of clinical knowledge and dental education. Through keynote speaking engagements, continuing education programs, and free educational training courses, company president and CEO Hamid Babaeian demonstrates his belief in sharing with others his production and management strategies for dental lab growth. Pacific Dental Lab also provides free patient education materials to dentists to help promote the growth of their practice by encouraging patients to seek professional dental services.
